Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern how you and your business use Paccoy.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This is a translation. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version prevails. Read it in Bahasa Indonesia.
1. About these terms
Paccoy is a web-based cashier and back-office service run by Paccoy Infinite, based in Jakarta, Indonesia ("we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between us and you as a user of Paccoy.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Paccoy is currently in early access. We keep adding and changing features, and we will try to tell you before any significant change.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the Paccoy application, website and every feature in them, including the cashier module and the self-order page.
- "Account" means the personal account you create with an email address and password.
- "Company" means a workspace in the Service that represents a business, together with all of its data.
- "Owner" means the user who created a Company or was given ownership of it.
- "Member" means a user invited to a Company with a given role.
- "Your Customers" means the buyers, guests and suppliers of your business whose details you record in the Service.
- "Business Data" means all data you or your Members put into a Company, such as products, stock, recipes, sales, purchases, expenses and Your Customers' details.
3. Accounts
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements under Indonesian law. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
- Give your real name and email address, and verify your email address.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your Account. Invite other people as Members instead.
- You are responsible for everything done through your Account. Tell us straight away at admin@paccoy.com if you think it has been misused.
4. Companies and members
The Owner decides who is invited to the Company, their roles and permissions, and when their access is suspended or removed. The Owner is responsible for what Members do in the Company.
The number of Members and other limits follow the plan active for that Company, as shown on the Pricing page.
5. Plans and payment
- The Basic plan is free, within the limits shown on the Pricing page.
- The Premium plan is paid in advance for the period you choose and does not renew automatically. When that period ends, the Company returns to Basic until you pay again.
- Each Owner can use a Premium trial once, on the conditions shown in the app.
- The price that applies is the one shown when you pay. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Pakasir. We do not receive or store your card or bank account details.
- Successful payments are not refundable, except in the case of an error, a duplicate payment or an overpayment. Contact us at admin@paccoy.com and we will check and refund whatever is owed to you.
6. The cashier module
The cashier module is charged separately and is also governed by the "Cashier Terms of Use" (Ketentuan Penggunaan Kasir), which the Owner must accept in the app before enabling the cashier. On cashier matters, the version of the Cashier Terms you accepted prevails over these Terms, except on prices, which are covered below.
In short, the Cashier Terms provide that:
- the fee is calculated on net sales and billed monthly, after use;
- if a bill is not paid by its due date, the till is locked, but your data can still be viewed and exported;
- if a bill remains unpaid for the period set out there, cashier data is permanently deleted, and the bill is still owed.
The free period and deadlines that apply are those set out in the Cashier Terms. The rate and fee cap that apply are those shown in the app and on each statement.
- The discounted price is a temporary promotional price during Early Access. It is not a permanent price and can end, after which the normal price applies.
- We may change the normal price, the discounted price or a Company's special price. A rise in price, including the end of the discounted price, is announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. A cut can apply immediately.
- Price changes apply from the next statement, without a new acceptance.
7. Your data and your bookkeeping
Your Business Data remains yours. You allow us to store, process and display it only to run the Service for you.
For the personal data of Your Customers, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure you are entitled to collect and record that data, and for answering Your Customers' requests about it.
You are responsible for keeping your business records for as long as the law requires. The Service provides report exports in CSV format, including while the till is locked. We recommend exporting your data regularly.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- do anything unlawful, including selling prohibited goods or services;
- record other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- access another person's Account, Company or data without permission;
- disrupt, overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or reverse engineer the Service without our written consent;
- send spam or harmful content through the Service's email features.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, repairs or by events outside our control.
We may add, change or retire features. If a change significantly reduces what you have already paid for, we will tell you in advance and offer a fair remedy.
10. Suspension, termination and account deletion
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your Account from your account settings. When your Account is deleted:
- your name, email address, password and profile picture are erased, and all your sessions are ended;
- your membership of every Company ends;
- Companies that only you use are archived;
- financial records such as sales and shifts are kept without your identity, because they belong to the business and are needed for its bookkeeping.
Deletion is refused while you still own a Company that other people use. Transfer or archive that Company first.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms seriously or repeatedly, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. Except in urgent cases, we will tell you first and explain why.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including the software, design, and the Paccoy name and logo, belongs to Paccoy Infinite. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your Account is active. No other rights are transferred to you.
We may use any feedback or suggestions you send us to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, revenue or business opportunities, arising from using or being unable to use the Service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to losses caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not reduce any rights you have that the law does not allow to be excluded, including your rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, or from the Business Data you put into the Service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you are taken to accept it. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your Account.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute will first be settled by deliberation (musyawarah). If no agreement is reached within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing, it will be settled by the competent district court in Jakarta, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to use any consumer dispute resolution route available under the law.
16. Language
These Terms are made in Bahasa Indonesia and English. If the two differ or conflict, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
17. Contact
